With the joint organization of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources and "BakuBus" LLC, a tree planting action was held in Baku's Mushfigabad settlement.
During the campaign, with the participation of the officials, employees and eco-volunteers of the mentioned institutions, Eldar pine and olive trees suitable for the soil and climate conditions of the Absheron peninsula were planted on a 1-hectare area.
The purpose of the tree-planting action held within the "Year of Solidarity for the Green World" is to focus the public's attention on the health of the environment, the restoration and increase of greenery, and to contribute to the fight against climate change and environmental protection.
