More than 16,000 trees were planted in Mushfigabad in the last month

Tree planting campaigns organized by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the birth of National Leader Heydar Aliyev, who always attached great importance to the expansion of green areas and environmental health, continue in the autumn tree planting season.

During the last month, 16,100 tree saplings suitable for the soil and climate conditions of the Absheron peninsula were planted in the 20-hectare area of the Mushfigabad settlement equipped with a drip irrigation system.
Tree seedlings of Eldar pine, evergreen cypress, olive and other species were planted in the tree planting actions held in Mushfigabad settlement with the participation of employees of "Azerbaijan Greening and Landscape Construction" OJSC, state and private institutions, as well as representatives of other partner organizations and volunteers.

It should be noted that technical water obtained from the treatment of waste water formed in the settlement is used for irrigation of greenery.
